Privacy

The House collects account email, listing copy, photographs, and — for verification — government ID and a hold photo. Identity files are for platform staff only. They are never shown on public profiles and never shared with advertisers or other users.

Client site-screen: if you choose to verify, we receive your ID and hold photo for review. After staff decide, we set a badge only (Unscreened or Site-screened) plus the screened-at date, then delete the verification files within 24–72 hours. We do not claim those files were never received.

Provider identity files stay available to admin for as long as the advertising account is active, then follow a retention schedule to be published before launch.

Payments: when Bitcoin or USDT is connected, we store invoice references and credit ledger entries — not session payments between users. There are no session payments on this site.
